Information Systems and User Support Team;

It is the team responsible for carrying out the necessary R&D and configuration activities related to the subjects, products and technologies covered by information systems within the Human Machine Interactive Software Technologies unit, performing the installation of hardware, software, network systems, troubleshooting technical failures and providing end-user support.

 

General Qualifications

• Knowledge of PC and other hardware units,

• Knowledge of Windows systems,

• Knowledge of Linux systems,

• Knowledge of computer networks,

• Knowledge of image creation / backup / recovery,

• Knowledge of virtualization platforms such as VMware / Hyper-V,

• Fluent in English to read and interpret technical documents easily,

• Sensitive to documentation,

• Prone to teamwork and responsible,
