2026 Summer Semester | Electro-Optical Systems Management R&D and Production Technician
The Electro-Optical Systems Department is responsible for the research, development, production, and management processes of gimbal turret systems that provide imaging, tracking, and laser guidance capabilities. Our department carries out technical and administrative activities aimed at enhancing system operational effectiveness, developing next-generation products, and maintaining high production quality for existing systems.
Main Areas of Activity:
- Conducting R&D activities for electro-optical systems,
- Supporting the production processes of gimbal turret systems,
- Preparing and tracking technical documentation for production operations,
- Assisting in the assembly and calibration of optical, electronic, and mechanical systems,
- Participating in prototype and test production activities,
- Performing measurement and quality control processes for gimbal production,
- Analyzing and reporting production and test data,
- Providing technical support for production line setup and improvements.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Currently studying in Electrical, Electronics, Electrical-Electronics, Mechatronics, or related engineering/technician programs,
- Competent in technical documentation and reporting,
- Knowledgeable about basic measurement tools and test instruments,
- Team-oriented and eager to learn,
- Responsible, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Able to reside in Istanbul during the internship period.
