Summer 2026 | Occupational Health and Safety Team

Roles and Responsibilities of the Occupational Safety Team:

• Identify and document workplace hazards and risks,
• Conduct comprehensive workplace risk assessments and implement preventive measures,
• Deliver initial and ongoing safety training,
• Specify appropriate protective equipment aligned with technological advancements,
• Monitor and document the usage of safety equipment,
• Perform necessary checks on subcontractor activities, both in terms of documentation and operational environment,
• Ensure continuous updates and compliance with legal regulations and standards,
• Provide personnel training and coordinate necessary third-party training programs,
• Prepare requisite legal documentation in compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Laws,
• Facilitate the integration of the occupational safety management system with the quality management system,
• Investigate, document, and oversee the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
