JOB DESCRIPTION
Taking an active role in organizational activities organized within the institution, Creating activity planning in external events and organizations, carrying out design activities by coordinating with event agencies, contributing to the event process, field installation and dismantling processes, To support the planning, communication and follow-up stages of the logistics processes of products to be taken to external events and organizations, Taking part in budget management, invoicing and reporting activities in internal and external organizations, Contributing to the processes of hosting high-level delegations and guests, Developing and implementing an effective communication strategy in crisis situations, Participating in industry events, organizing conferences and supporting participation activities, Contributing to the planning and activity processes of organizations such as in-company events, conferences and special day celebrations, To follow the defense industry agenda closely.
