Reciprocating Engine Mechanical Design:

As part of the Reciprocating Engine Development Project, responsibilities include identifying the mechanical and dynamic requirements of the engine, designing suitable systems and subsystems in a CAD environment, and creating product documentation.
During the design process, literature reviews are conducted to develop innovative ideas, and theoretical calculations related to the reciprocating engine are reflected in the design.

 

Turboprop Engine Mechanical Design:

• Within the scope of the Turboprop Engine Design Project, the mechanical and dynamic requirements of the engine are identified, and systems and subsystems are designed accordingly in a CAD environment. Additionally, manufacturing documentation is prepared for appropriate production methods.
• The design process includes conducting literature reviews to generate new ideas and performing necessary engineering calculations.
• Rotating components such as shafts, bearing systems, and gears are designed.
• Mechanical designs of turboprop engine subcomponents and accessory systems are developed.
• This project provides experience in teamwork and offers a real-world project development environment.

 

Turbofan Engine Mechanical Design:

• As part of the Turbofan Engine Project, mechanical designs of engine components such as turbine, fan, and compressor are carried out in line with technical requirements.
• The power transmission system is designed, including bearings, gears, and shafts.
• Designs are also developed for engine subsystems such as lubrication, fuel, control, and electrical power generation systems and their components.
• Relevant patent and literature research is conducted, necessary calculations are performed, and the requirements of mechanical components are identified and documented.
